31 липня 2023«Школа Стратегування». Завершення

28-29 липня в Одесі, ми завершили програму «Школа Стратегування». В цілому взяло участь 26 українських управлінців. Четвертий модуль був присвячений формуванню взаємозвʼязків при розробці стратегії компанії, архітектурі цінності (продукту). Учасники створювали стратегію широким поглядом, враховуючи ризики, які виникають на кожному етапі створення цінності й спосіб управління цими ризиками, що надало можливість виходу на (не) очевидні альянси.
