Volodymyr Pavelko held a regular strategic session with top managers and team leaders of the Ardis Group. Every year in August, for five years now, TransformWISE moderation has been summarizing the key strategic directions of ARDIS, finding new solutions and coordinating the focus of further movement.
This year, the focus was on working in six ecosystems in which the company has a unique value proposition. The team’s priority was to find new stakeholders in creating mutual value. In addition, Ardis Group managers agreed on a list of strategic projects for the next period.
