On December 12, the start of cooperation with PJSC MTB BANK took place, this time in a corporate study format. The purpose of the session is to create preconditions for a qualitative leap in the management of a financial institution.
The bank’s managers made their intellectual efforts working in business cases of creating value proposition, understanding customer roles and building an ecosystem. In addition, top managers were dealing with cases of competition of a new level – competition between ecosystems.
The new terminological apparatus and strategic principles of transformations should become the basis for further strategic developments of the bank.
