Start of Cooperation with AG-BAG Company

The agency of strategic solutions TransformWISE has started a strategic development project with the company “AG-BAG-Ukraine”.

The first stage of cooperation took place on January 31 – February 1. During the strategy session, we took the first step in diagnosing of the value proposition. The second step was to try to diagnose the ecosystem solutions of the company.

In the following meetings, we will form strategic interactions in the ecosystem and set the task of designing new non-obvious partnerships.

AG-BAG Ukraine is a leader in the sale of silox films, as well as sleeves for storing fodder and dry grain in Ukraine. More than 500 Ukrainian companies use their products and services every year.
