On December 22, the Value Creation Company TransformWISE held another strategic session for the owners of top managers of MTB BANK.
Participants together with the strategic thinking partner TransformWISE formed the bank’s vision manifesto: defined the key role and root competencies, desired business and market in the future, impact on the geographical field, strategic principles of interaction and the basis of corporate culture.
