“Shot of the Mind” – twenty business owners and top managers in the fields of IT, manufacturing, law, oil refining, railway transport services, retail and non-governmental institutions have started a three-module program “Strategic Choice of a Leader”, the first module took place on 25-27 February.
At the first stage, the participants “aimed” at “strategic plan”, “team building” and “creating customer value”. In the intermodule period, participants are expected to “set up management weapons” – working out concepts on the cases of their own companies.
“Strategic Choice of a Leader” is a program designed for top executives to form a concept for their own business.
