During July-August, the Value Creation Company TransformWISE conducted a study program and a strategic session for a distributor of technical security systems, Viatek. Thanks to the created environment of thinking, the company’s managers developed the Idea of Strategic Choice, described 5 key roles of customers and a value proposition for them. They also agreed on a strategy for working with each of the key customers through the creation of value chains.
Viatek is one of the first companies to introduce security and video surveillance systems from leading foreign manufacturers to the Ukrainian market. Today, it maintains a leading position among wholesale suppliers, expands the range of products of Ukrainian brands and offers better conditions for cooperation.
