This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and regulates the relations between LLC “TransformWISE” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) and any individual or legal entity that accepts this offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

1. General provisions

1.1. Placing this Agreement on the website https://transform-wise.com/ is a public offer.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is the Customer’s performance of actions aimed at obtaining the services of the Contractor, in particular, registration of an application, payment for services, etc.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Contractor provides services in training, consulting, event organization, provision of electronic content and sale of goods, etc. in accordance with the description on the website.

2.2. The volume and cost of goods and services are determined on the pages of the relevant products/services of the site.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide quality services and goods in accordance with the description on the site.

3.2. The Customer undertakes to pay for the services in a timely manner.

4. Cost of services and payment procedure

4.1. Prices for services are indicated on the site in the relevant section.

4.2. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account of LLC “TransformWISE” or through payment systems.

5. Liability of the parties

5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the contract, the parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. The Contractor is not responsible for the actions/inaction of third parties or failures in the operation of the Internet connection.

6. Force majeure circumstances

6.1. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.

7. Other conditions

7.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, if impossible – in court.

7.2. By accepting the offer, the Customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
