Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch, a Nova Poshta post office or address delivery
Usually delivery takes 1-3 days.
The delivery cost is calculated according to the delivery service’s tariffs.
When receiving an order, you must have a passport or driver’s license with you. Only the person for whom the delivery is made can receive prepaid goods.
We provide fast delivery of goods throughout the country. Shipping are 2 times a week – on Monday and Thursday..
Returns and Exchanges
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the buyer has the right to exchange the goods for a similar one within 14 days if the purchased goods do not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons, and if the product appearance, labels and the invoice document issued by the seller together with the goods are preserved.
